Ike Ekweremadu, Abaribe, Other South East Lawmakers Condemn IPOB's Sit At Home Order

Some Igbos protested in front of National Assembly against the destruction of lives and properties in South East by IPOB members to enforce sit at home order.

NEWS MAIL NG reports that the group which was led by Ijelespeaks (Chukwuma Ofeobu) and Chukwuma Dike demanded that the Lawmakers from the South rises up to confront the Nnamdi Kanu led group or the people of the region will deal with them.

Hours after the Abuja protest, South East Lawmakers held a crucial meeting at Senator Ike Ekweremadu’s house and resolved to intervene in Nnamdi Kanu’s case.

Ekeweremadu who read out the communique condemned the destruction by the group and thanked them for suspending the sit at home order.
